As organized violence related sites are being operated in the Internet, the police launched an investigation.

According to the Korean National Police Agency Cyber Terror Responding Center yesterday, a club named `nationwide gangsters` organization` is currently being operated in an Internet site that provides club services.

This site, opened on May 3rd, has 1,200 members, mostly middle school and high school students, and includes sections like `fighting technique`, `diary of a gangster`, and so on.

Concerned that the site may spread youth violence through writings which encourage violence, such as `how to inflict fatal injury on the counterpart by attacking a certain body part?` and `if you give money, I will take care of anyone whom you dislike`, the police is investigating whether it is illegal.

The police is investigating whether the site operator and the members are connected to the violence organizations, and plans to request the Information-Communication Ethics Committee to close the related sites if it is found to be illegal.
