Appointment of New Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff

George W. Bush President of the United States (center) is announcing on Friday at the press conference held at Crawford, Texas, that he has appointed General Richard Myers (left) to be the next chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
