Lee Sang- Hon, the former chief of development and business of Incheon Airport Public Cop. and Kook Jung-Hoo former administrative official of Chung Wa Dae were arrested on the 13th. They are charged with unclean event concerning the recent selection process of priority negotiating partner.

Mr. Lee changed his statement about the `call` from Mr. Kook several times. Mr. Lee said to the press at the time between the 48 hour questioning and the examination of warrant, ``the call was not by any means some kind of `pressure` but a soft call.`` But for the Judge Kim Kwang-Soo who is in charge of the writs, Mr. Lee said, `I felt the call was pressure.`

Last 7th, Mr. Lee had disclosed that Mr. Kook called him saying, ``I talked to Kang Dong-Suk enough, so I would like for you to look after Airport 72 (the second priority of negotiating partners).``

Meanwhile Incheon District Prosecutor`s office is investigating whether Wonik Corp. and Airport 72 Corp. were involved in any lobbying, summoning Mr. Lee from Wonik Corp. (the priority negotiating partner) and two executives from Airport 72 Corp.

The prosecutor`s office summoned and drilled Mr. Yang, the former chief of the first team of development and business, whether there were any lobbying by companies concerning the selection process.
