`Surprise Visit` to Lenin Square

After finishing the North Korea-Russia Summit, North Korean Defense Chairman, Kim Jong Il (frontline, left) stepped on to the Special Railway and made a visit to Novosibirsk. He then made a surprise visit to Lenin Square where Presidential Commissioner Leonid Dratchapski welcomed him.
