`` NK Should Not Test U.S. Missile Capability``

North Korean newspaper Rodong Shinmun asserted that the NK`s missile development is part of `the NK`s autonomy` for the peace of the North Aug. 2nd prior to the chairperson Kim`s arrival in Moscow.

The newspaper reported that ``the fuss of the U.S. about the Republic`s missile has no ground and that is only a quibble to hide its intention for the supremacy.``

The Rodong Shinmun also emphasized that there is no country to threat the U.S. with missiles in the world but the U.S. is trying to establish the MD system with the pretext of the North Korean missiles, in fact, to control the powerful countries and the EU`s challenge to the U.S. supremacy.

The Central Broadcast also commented, ``the alleged threat of our missiles is absolutely groundless. Our undaunted position is to respond to the hard-line of the U.S. with the super hard-lines.``
