Powell and Jiang Zemin Shake Hands

On his visit to China, U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell (left) shakes hands with Chairman Jiang Zemin at Beijing`s People’s Democratic Party Hall on the 28th. Secretary Powell met Chairman Jiang along with Premier Zhu Liungji, Vice Premier Chan Chi’chun, and Minister of Foreign Relations T’angzha Shui’an.
