North Korean Lee Dong-Hak and his family members are lifting their hands holding together and smiling at the reporters, as if they express their strong will, at the office of the United Nations High Commission (UNHC) for Refugees in Beijing yesterday. They requested for an asylum and a safe passage to South Korea to the UNHCR.
