NK leader sends letter honoring Chung

Song Ho-Kyong, vice chairman of North Korea`s Asia Pacific Peace Committee and head of a North Korean delegation to the funeral of Hyundai Group founder Chung Ju-Yung, reads a letter from North Korean leader Kim Jong-Il Saturday after the delegation placed a funeral wreath sent by Kim during a ceremony at Chung`s house in Chungun-dong, central Seoul.
