Dragon appears at snow festival

Snow sculptors are busy making a dragon with snow on the eve of the Taegwallyong Snow Festival in Pyongchyang-gun, Kangwon Province, on Tuesday. Similar snow festivals are held Jan. 10-14 on Mount Taebaek, Mount Sorak and Mount Halla.
