Koo Ok-Hee of Korea won a Japan Ladies Professional Golf Association(JLPGA) tour event for the second straight week for a total of three wins this year, ending the season as the JLPGA¡¯s second largest money winner.
Koo captured the JLPGA Championship trophy, with a cash prize of 75 million yen, with a 4-under 212 after scoring a par-72 in the final round Sunday, beating Korean rival Koh Woo-Sun by one stroke.
The victory in the final golf championship increased to 20 the total number of championships Koo has won since she started playing in Japan.
Koo has who earned 67,223,090 yen in prize money this season and was second to none, far from Yuri Fudo, who took 1,171,000 yen.
