South and North Korea will hold their second Red Cross talks at the Kumgangsan Hotel in the North on Sept. 20-22 to address the family-reunion problems in a package deal.
Pyongyang's Red Cross chief Jang Jae-On informed his South Korean counterpart Chang Choong-Sik that its delegates to the forthcoming talks will be the same persons, who were sent to the previous RC meeting.
At the coming Red Cross talks, the two sides are expected to take up all pending matters including the setup and operation of a permanent family-reunion venue, confirmation of the whereabouts of the long-lost families and their mutual correspondence.
