On the second day of reunions of separated families, both South and North Korean delegations had 2-hour individual reunions with families in Seoul and Pyongyang. Some families who met for the first time in 50 years held memorial services for parents who passed away. After the individual reunions, South Korean families in Pyongyang took a cruise on the Taedong River and also visited the tomb of Korea¡¯s legendary founder, Tangun. North Korean families visited the Lotte World folk museum in 2 groups.
On the August 17, which will be the 4th day of the visit, families will again reunite and then tour various historical sites together.
