Foreign workers can get free legal info

The Legal Relief Center for Foreign Workers, a private organization that offers free legal and administrative services to foreign employees, was established on August 2. The center is staffed by former Assistant Labor Minister Choi Seung-Bu, two labor specialists and eight lawyers, including attorney Kim Sung-Ki. It will provide foreign workers with consultation services for questions on such issues as wage arrears and compensation for industrial accidents and others, as well as legal support for civil cases.
