Inter-Korean foreign ministers

Foreign Affairs-Trade Minister Lee Joung-Binn will hold talks with North Korean Foreign Minister Paek Nam-Sun in the afternoon of July 26 on the sidelines of the ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) currently being held in Bangkok.

Foreign ministry officials said that the two ministers are expected to agree on inter-Korean cooperation in their dealings with the international community.

Minister Lee will express concerns about North Korea`s reported offer to abandon its missile development program in exchange for Western assistance in its efforts to launch satellites and sound out Pyongyang`s intentions regarding this matter, the officials added.
