It’s Park Hyo-shin vs. Park Hyo-shin. His recent album released in six years is topping local charts by knocking off Im Chang-jung and Bolppalgan Puberty, who boasted the top spots for weeks.

“I am A Dreamer,” his 7th regular album which was released at Monday midnight, has two title songs. Right after the release, “Home” and “Beautiful Tomorrow” rank No. 1 and 2, respectively, at the major music charts, such as Melon, Mnet.com, Bugs and Genie. “Breath” and “Wonderland,” which were released in advance, are on the Top 10 list of local music charts.

Many fellow singers and Internet users are welcoming his comeback. His name was at the top of list of the real time search words of major Internet portals. “The boss is back. The boy grew up and became a man," singer Roy Kim wrote on his SNS account. "The secret of having a baby face lies in his music.”

“People who are in the music business always have been wondering about his voice and breathing for being perfect as time goes by," Kim E-na, lyricist who participated in the making of this album, also wrote on SNS. "As I saw him practicing for a while nearby him, now I know that no one can beat a plodding genius.”

Some Internet users praised his music as “heartbreaking," while others said they were disappointed at the album, saying it is far short of complete satisfaction as they waited for too long.
