President’s apology to the public

President Park Geun-hye chairs a cabinet meeting at the presidential office on Thursday. President Park passed next year’s budget proposal and made an apology, saying, “I feel sorry for senior citizens as the government cannot pay the basic old-age pension to all of them.” She added, “I did not give up my pledges. I still believe that I must keep my pledges, promises to the people.”
