A polite new chief of staff

President Park Geun-hye presents a certificate of nomination to Kim Ki-choon, a new chief of staff, at the presidential office on Thursday. After granting certificates to her new chief of staff and senior secretaries, she said in a conversation, “The Presidential Secretariat is like the crucial organs of our body.
