`Getting to Zero`

Volunteers in Taipei, Taiwan, make a red ribbon, the symbol of AIDS prevention campaigns, with human chains Wednesday, ahead of World AIDS Day. The theme for the day this year is "Getting to Zero," meaning zero new HIV infections, zero discrimination and zero AIDS-related deaths.
