Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat

Japanese Ambassador to Seoul Masatoshi Muto, South Korean Foreign Minister Kim Sung-hwan and Chinese Ambassador to Seoul Zhang Xinsen (from left) show their commitment to promoting cooperation among their three countries by holding hands at the signing of an agreement on setting up the Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat at the Foreign Affairs and Trade Ministry in Seoul. The secretariat will be officially launched next year after the agreement is ratified in each country, and its office will be located in Incheon`s Songdo district.
