Chilean President Sebastian Pinera (right) welcomes Mario Sepulveda Espina, the second miner to be rescued from San Jose, Chile, around 1 a.m. Wednesday. To assure the safety of the other trapped miners in rescue operations, both domestic and foreign reporters were banned from accessing the site where miners who had remained trapped for nearly 70 days were rescued. This photo was taken by the Chilean government.
