Blaze in Busan

A plume of smoke billows from a high-rise apartment building in the Haeundae district of Busan Friday. Four residents were taken to a hospital after the blaze broke out. Experts say high-rise apartments are structurally vulnerable to fire, adding the blaze could have resulted in a huge disaster.
