Heightened Interest in Dokdo

Korean interest in the easternmost islets of Dokdo is rising after newly discovered documents said Japan, which has claimed the islets, admitted that it had no territorial rights to Dokdo. Some 300 tourists visited the islets yesterday though Dokdo was open to visitors for just 30 minutes.
