Construction workers lay rails in a ceremony at the Duman River railway station in the North Korean city of Rason Saturday to mark the start of a joint project by North Korea and Russia. The project will reconnect a 54-kilometer railway linking Rajin of North Korea with Khasan of Russia at a cost of 195 million U.S. dollars, 72 million dollars of which will be shouldered by Moscow.
