U.S. Envoy Hill Head s to Geneva

Before flying to Geneva, Switzerland, U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Christopher Hill answers reporters` questions about the U.S.-North Korea meeting in Geneva at the U.S. Capitol building on Wednesday. He heightened expectations that the bilateral talks in Geneva could be a breakthrough for the stalled six-party talks by saying the U.S. should be a little flexible on the format.
