First guest in Taean on New Year’s Day

Flocks of wild ducks are flying high off the coast of Taean which started to recover its original shape on the first day of 2008, the year of rat. Cleaning-up operations are temporarily halted due to high waves and strong winds but oil slick that once covered the coast is almost gone.
