NGOs: City Lights are Too Bright

On December 21, members of Korea NGOs’ Energy Network, consisting of 268 environmental, consumer, and feminist organizations, held a campaign for energy spending reductions in Myeong-dong, Seoul. They also gave a performance titled “Give Rudolf a Job Again,” which conveyed a story of Rudolf the red-nosed reindeer losing his job because the lights in city were lit too brightly.
