Tulip Island

An artist created a man-made “tulip island” on a satellite picture off the coast of the Netherlands. The country, boasting world-class reclamation technologies, is working on a plan to create a man-made island in order to resolve overpopulation problem and to protect its coastline from rising sea levels.
