The U.S. delegation, composed of officials from the State Department and the Energy Department, and the National Security Council, led by U.S. State Department official in charge of Korean affairs Sung Kim, arrived at the Incheon International Airport yesterday before its trip to Pyongyang to discuss measures of disabling North Koreas nuclear facilities. They will cross to the North at the border village of Panmunjeom today, and be joined by technical working groups from China and Russia at the Yongbyon nuclear site for inspection by September 15. The delegation will discuss ways to disable Pyongyangs nuclear program.
