Rice Distribution in North Korea

Rice is provided to North Korea for humanitarian reasons, but it is said that when it is distributed, organizations with power such as military authorities take it first, and then only can the citizens take the rest. Late last year, North Korean people in Sinuiju are moving relief goods such as rice aided by the Korean National Red Cross.
