With the theme of “Peace By All, Peace is One,” the second World Peace Festival starts on September 21 in the Pyeongwhanuri area of Imjingak, Paju, Gyeonggi-do. In preparation for the opening day, 1,000 white flags symbolizing peace fluttered in the winds on September 19 on the “Hill of the Winds” in Imjingak.
