No Aid

On July 7, having a miniature of North Korea’s missile on the top of their cars in front of the government office in Sejongno, Jongno-gu, Seoul, a group known as the headquarters intelligence detachment (HID), the union of the special agents detached to Pyongyang, strongly urged the government to halt humanitarian aid to Pyongyang.
