Taiwan Crash

An investor leans back as if in too much agony to view the market figures at the exchange floor of a securities firm, as the Taiwan Stock Exchange collapsed yesterday. The TAIEX fell 219.49 points, or 3.3%, from the previous day, posting losses to eventually close at 6363.55, caused by selling tendencies brought on by expectations that the FRB would further raise interest rates.
