Japanese Ambassador to South Korea Shotaro Oshima leaves the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade building on April 14 after a meeting with deputy minister Yoo Myeong-hwan, following the disclosure of a Japanese research vessel’s plan to enter into Korean-controlled waters near Dokdo Island.
