There is no designated time for making donations for needy neighbors. But when it’s winter and cold, we should look around us and see whether there are people left in misery. Kindergarten kids, with their bright little faces, are putting money in a red kettle in front of the Salvation Army Korea Territory in Jung-gu, Seoul Monday. The Salvation Army is planning to raise 2.7 billion won in donations starting on December 2 through Christmas Eve.
