North Korean Red Cross Arrives

Paek Yong Ho, deputy chairman of the North Korean Red Cross, and his delegation arrived at Incheon International Airport on Thursday, and were greeted by Lee Se-woong, deputy chairman of the Korean Red Cross. They will attend the 15th session of the General Assembly of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies scheduled to be held from November 11 to 18.
