On October 17, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Ban Ki-moon called Japanese Ambassador to Korea Shotaro Oshima (left) into the Ministry`s building and lodged a strong protest against Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi`s paying respect at the Yasukuni Shrine.
