19-Story Apartment Building Collapses in Earthquake

In Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan, police and residents are in a rescue operation around a 19-story apartment that crumbled from an earthquake on October 8. On that day, a magnitude 7.6 earthquake which hit the Kashmir area northwest of Pakistan, is estimated to have killed 30,000 people.
