Chung Sye-Kyun, Floor Leader of Uri Party

Chung Sye-Kyun (right), the floor leader of the Uri Party, asked Grand National Party (GNP) chairwoman Park Geun-Hye to be flexible at her talks with President Roh Moo-Hyun during a high-level policy coordination meeting held in the National Assembly building on September 6 at Yeouido. Concerns have been raised within the Uri Party over the Roh-Park talks scheduled for September 7 that the ruling party may become isolated from running state affairs.
