Geoyeo New Town Under Control of Anti-Speculation Team

The National Tax Service formed a task force to begin control of real estate speculation from September 4, 2005 after signs of overheating speculation were seen in Geoyeo-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, a new town site that was announced as a comprehensive real estate measure on August 31, and the surrounding area. The task force team will monitor the areas on speculation until the end of this year.
