President Roh Meets North Korean Delegation

President Roh Moo-hyun (right) is shaking hands with North Korea`s Senior Cabinet Councilor Kwon Ho Ung at Cheong Wa Dae on the afternoon of June 23. Kwon is the head of the North Korean delegation to the 15th round of inter-Korean ministerial meetings. South Korean delegation chief Chung Dong-young is near President Roh as he receives the North Korean delegation.
