USFK Chief of Staff Calls Sudden Press Conference

On April 1, Lt. Gen. Charles C. Campbell, USFK chief of staff and 8th Army commander, held a sudden news conference at the Yongsan-base of the USFK and expressed the U.S.’s discontent with the proportion of South Korea’s defense budget allocated to the USFK.
