Generals Report to Roh

President Roh Moo-hyun (left) receives promotion and appointment reports from seven generals, including Lee Sang-hee, a chief operations officer for the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Kim Jang-soo, an Army chief of staff and Nam Hae-il, a Navy chief of staff, at Cheong Wa Dae on the morning of March 24.

A reshuffling of positions higher than army corps commanders will be carried out around at the end of April.
