Photo Roll Book: “Attendance Fraud Must Be Impossible.”

Kangwon University publicly announced that it has decided to use a new roll book, in which students’ pictures are attached, for preventing attendance fraud. Beside students’ pictures are blanks for marking their attendance or absence.
