“Re-exam for Real Estate Agent License Examination if Pass Rate is Below 10 Percent”

Minister of Construction & Transportation Kang Dong-suk said on Thursday, November 25, “If less than 10 percent of those who took the 15th real estate agent license examination held on November 14 pass, there will be a re-examination during the first quarter (January~March) next year. There is a high possibility that the examination will also be taken in the second half of next year in addition to the first quarter.”

Minister Kang announced the above at a gathering with the chiefs of economy and industry departments in media organizations held at the Seoul Plaza Hotel after having been pointed out that there were many complaints from the people who took the real estate agent license examination held recently. Regarding the follow-up measures for the ceased construction for capital relocation, Minister Kang said, “The measures will be discussed at a zero base, keeping to the three principles—a balanced national land development, stabilization in the overpopulation of the Seoul metropolitan area, and winning back the popular feelings in the Chungcheong area.”
