CPPCC Chairman Jia Qinglin

On August 27, President Roh Moo-hyun met with Jia Qinglin, chairman of the People’s Political Consultative Conference of China, and expressed his concerns for China’s falsifications of the history of Goguryeo. Chairman Jia is the highest ranking officer to visit Korea since the history of Goguryeo was partly deleted from the Chinese diplomatic internet homepage.
