North Korea-China Defense Meeting in Beijing

Kim Il-chol, Minister of the People’s Armed Forces of North Korea visited Beijing, China on July 12 to have a meeting with Chinese Defense Minister Cao Gangchuan, who is also vice-chairman of the Central Military Commission, and discussed plans for expansion of military exchanges and cooperation between the two countries.
