Play-in-water vs. Disaster by Heavy Rain

As a heat wave hit Seoul on Sunday after rains, youths were playing in swimming pools at Han River citizen’s park (above). Meanwhile, on Saturday a farmer looked around his plastic greenhouse, wading in water knee high, swollen by torrential rains in Hanam-eup, South Gyeongsang province, near the lower reaches of the Nakdong River.
