America, “The Nuclear Threat of North Korea Will Be Failed.”

America said on the 24th that it would not yield to the nuclear threat of North Korea, and stressed again that the nuclear program must be stopped first for the betterment of North Korea and the US relationship.

The spokesman of the US State Department Phillip Licker said in a statement like that and pointed out any attempt of North Korea to threaten the Western World and supply heavy oil again would be failed.

The spokesman Licker also said, “North Korea must remove the nuclear weapon development program completely and verifiably and observe her obligations,” and added, “Until the North Korea stop violating her obligation problem, we will not take a step for the betterment of our relationship.”
