Warm Heart for Needy Neighbors

Housewives, holding their children, are looking at the `thermometer of love` built at Seoul City Hall Square on November 1. The reading in the thermometer, which was arranged jointly by Seoul City and the Social Welfare Joint Funds, will move up by a centigrade whenever donations for needy neighbors reach every 677 million won. The target is 67 billion won, or 100 C, by January 31 next year.
