Disabled citizens are demanding equal rights, attending at the Persons with Disabilities Day ceremony which is hosted by the Korean Association of Persons with Physical Disabilities on Nov. 12th at the Weightlifting Gym in the Olympic Park in Songpa-gu, Seoul.
